Our Packages

MMA Training School is a place where you can learn how to fight. We teach people worldwide how to fight in cages and on the ground. You don’t need any experience or previous knowledge of martial arts, but you do need to have a strong will and determination. We are an MMA training school that teaches people how to fight each other. We also teach people how to defend themselves against attackers and how they can use street self-defense techniques in real-life situations.

We offer different classes depending on your goals and interests:

MMA basics classes for beginners

Are you interested in learning more about mixed martial arts? Do you want to know what it takes to get started in this sport? The MMA basics classes for beginners are for you.

These classes are designed for people who have never taken a martial arts class before and want to learn how to fight. You will learn the history of martial arts, how to stay safe during fights, and even how to make friends with other fighters!

The instructor will be able to answer any questions that you may have about the sport, as well as provide plenty of hands-on experience so that you can see how things work. There is no pressure during these classes because we want everyone who participates to feel comfortable and confident when they leave!

Self-defense classes for women, men and children

We are a group of people who are passionate about protecting others. We offer self-defense classes for all ages so you can learn how to defend yourself against a violent attacker. Our classes are open to both genders and teach children the importance of personal safety.

Our self-defense classes will teach you the skills needed to defend yourself from an attacker. We will provide you with the knowledge and confidence needed to avoid becoming a victim of an attack.

Our goal is to ensure everyone attending our classes feels comfortable learning these essential skills and that they know how important it is for them to protect themselves when attacked.

Cage fighting classes for professional fighters

Are you a professional fighter? Do you want to learn how to defend yourself against an opponent in the cage?

If so, then you’ve come to the right place. We offer classes on all aspects of cage fighting, from basic techniques to advanced techniques. Our instructors will teach you everything you need to survive and win when facing an opponent in a cage.

Our classes are open to everyone—we don’t only teach professional fighters. We also have classes for those who want to learn more about the sport of fighting but don’t want to get into actual fights themselves.

Kickboxing classes for beginners

Kickboxing is one of the most popular fitness classes in the world. It’s a
full-body workout that combines cardio, strength training and flexibility exercises to help you burn fat, build muscle and improve your overall health.

If you’re new to kickboxing, we can help! Our beginners’ classes are designed for people new to the sport who want to learn more about what it takes to get started with this workout. We’ll teach you the ropes and make sure your first few classes are as fun as they are practical!

Karate classes for kids

Are you a parent who wants to introduce your child to martial arts? Are you concerned that your child is too young or just not interested in learning?

Well, be at ease! Karate classes for kids are great and can be taught at any age. Karate is an excellent way to build children’s confidence, physical strength and agility. It teaches them how to look after themselves if they get into trouble. It also teaches them how to work together with other people without being bossy or dominating them.
